Property Condition Report (PCR)

Why it matters

The PCR is the document a lender or buyer receives and files. ASTM E2018 says a PCR should be relied on only for the point in time when the observations were made. Reliance by parties other than the contracting parties may need their consent, so confirm who can use the report.
